Recipes » Marinades and Sauces » Marinade
This is a bold and garlicky marinade good for steaks and beef ribs during the summer or whenever you're entertaining.
"My mother loved this so much she actually made toast and dipped it in the marinade. But my advice is use a really strong dark beer or even an ale try blue moon. It will foam and look weird when you first poor the beer in but it rocks. " - JamessovereignYield: 4 Ready in 6 hours

1 cupsoy sauce; or teriyaki sauce.
1 bottlebeer.
3/4 cupextra virgin olive oil.
6 clovesgarlic.
3 tablespoonsoregano or italian spice.
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar.
1 tablespoonmeat tenderizer
Steak Marinade Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or large measuring cup. Cover and let sit for several hours. If making steak, liberally puncture steaks with fork or tenderizer. Ribs will soak up enough on their own. Pour marinade into a gallon ziplock bag and add steaks or ribs, squeezing out as much air as possible. Let sit for three or four hours, then cook as you would normally.
