Original recipe makes 28
1 1/2 cupsTriticale flakes
2 cupsrolled oats
3 cupsrolled barley
1 cupfine oat bran
1/2 cuppepitas; (pumpkin seed)
1/4 cupsunflower seeds
1 cupcurrants
1 cupsultanas
1/4 cupalmonds; chopped
1 cupdried apple; chopped
1 cupdried apricot; chopped
1/2 cuppsyllium husk
1/4 cuplinseed; ground

Muesli Preparation

Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Serve with yogurt, skim milk or soy milk and fresh fuit
