Just made 120 of these cup cakes for a friends retirement party, and they are superb! May have to make extra as my Husband apparently loves them.. (several missing already, and I haven't iced them yet!)

So easy to make and the taste is great! I make cupcakes as opposed to a cake and they're always gone quickly. My kids and husband both them and they're always a hit any where I take them. Great to make with kids too.

Easy to make and incredibly delish! I sub salt-free margarine instead of the butter though. Since that's what I have at the moment. Turns out great! Loved this!

modified using 1tsp vanilla/1tsp almond extracts as cupcakes for girlfriend's birthday party...everyone wanted the recipe. Also used smart balance original instead of butter because that is what i had on hand.
