Tuna Cakes Reviews

I used leftover cooked stovetop from thanksgiving that needed to get used, drained the water off and took out the carrots and relish...was great. I wanted a bit more crunch, so used 1 cup cornmeal 1 tbsp of dill, and 1/2 tsp of cayenne for breading it on the outside before frying. Wonderful!
