Irish Potato Candy

Irish Potato Candy

Ready in 1 hour

Simple, easy to make and a great treat!

"I followed the recipe exactly because I wanted to take a photograph of these little yummies. I was looking for depression candy and had to make these little 'potatoes.' Here is the tip of the day: work fairly quickly so they are cool when you are handling them. Sounds obvious, but I allowed myself to get distracted and had to put them back in the fridge to chill."
