Original recipe makes 8
5 sliceswhite bread; cut into 1" cubes
3/4 lbLonghorn or cheddar cheese
4 Eggs; slightly beaten, or use egg beaters
2 cupsmilk
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspdry mustard
1 dashcayenne pepper
1 meat; sausage, ham, bacon, or just a veggie omelet with peppers, mus

Cathy's 24 Hour Omelet Preparation

If using mushrooms advise cooking them first because they have so much water in them it makes the omelet too loose.

Grease 9x13 pan put in bread, cheese, meat and or veggies. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together, pour over meat and bread. Cover with tin foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered 1hr at 375 and uncover lst 5 minutes. Serve with fruit salad and more bread if you want.
