Original recipe makes 4
2 lbpotato; cooked
8 ozstrong flavored cheddar
4 ozButter
2 tbspsour cream
1 largeonion; finely chopped
2 largeEggs
salt & pepper

cheese & potato pie Preparation

Place HOT potatoes in large bowl with grated cheese, onion, 2 oz butter, eggs & sour cream, mix until smooth. Butter an oven proof dish. bake at 375.
