Simple to make // Yummy to tummy

"Wasn't stopped by low rating! After browning meat i added mushrooms & tortillas. Cooked til tender. Added olives & sauce next. Then Added cilantro red pepper flakes & lime to sauce. Didn't have jalapeƱos would have been better than red pepper. Topped with the cheese but also topped with sour cream!! Great base recipe to use imagination! Will do again!!!" - cindyfraga

Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 lbground beef
1 10-oz canCondensed Tomato Soup
1/2 cupsalsa; cup
1/2 cupwater; cup
6 flour tortillas (6"); cut into 1" pieces
1/2 cupCheddar cheese; shredded

Beef Taco Skillet Preparation

Directions:

Cook beef in 10" skillet until well browned, stirring to break up

Meat. Pour off fat.

Stir soup, salsa, water, and tortillas in skillet. Heat

To a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 min. Stir. Top with cheese.

Serves: 4

Does this recipe really call for 10 cans of Tomato soup? It seems very excessive. If it doesn't I would appreciate it if you would correct the recipe as it sounds like something I would like to try

Serve with a mixed green salad with Italian salad dressing and
Corn-on-the cob. For dessert serve with a store bought flan [I posted this recipe.]
