Original recipe makes 4
1 bagItalian style lettuce
15 slicespepperoni; (cut in halves)
10 slicesdry salami; (cut in quarters)
5 slicessopressata; (cut in halves)
Provolone cheese; (cut in strips)
Red Wine Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tspCapers
Salt/Pepper
1 Oregano

Leone italian salad Preparation

Mix meat, italian style lettuce, and cheese in large bowl

Drizzle about 2-3 seconds of olive oil over salad and mix with hands.

Add Red wine vinegar to taste. (Dressing should be about 1 part oil, 1 part vinegar)

Add a few shakes Oregano and salt/pepper

Once salad is dished up, place 3-4 capers on each plate and top with a fresh slice of pepperoni and provolone cheese.
