Servings
Original recipe makes 8
8 ozlight cream cheese
16 slicesbread
1 6-oz jarorange marmalade
1 cupfat-free French vanilla coffee creamer
12 largeEggs
1 tspvanilla extract
Knott's Berry Farm Boysenberry syrup
Confectioner's sugar; if you want

Stuffed French Toast Preparation

Spread cream cheese evenly on 2 slices of bread. Add 1 tsp marmalade, and make into a sandwich. Repeat until you have 8 sandwiches.

Mix the coffee creamer, egg whites, and vanilla extract together in a blender.

Dip sandwiches in mixture and cook in a nonstick pan. Careful not to burn them.

I like serving them with tiny drizzles of the Boysenberry Syrup. But you don't have to. And I usually omit the confectioner's sugar just cause I usually don't have any on hand but it does make them look oh so pretty.
