The Anti-antipasto Salad
Original recipe makes 4
| 1 packagefresh light four-cheese ravioli |
| 1 canartichoke hearts; drained and roughly chopped, quartered |
| 2 tbspoil-packed sun-dried tomato; halves; chopped and drained |
| 1/4 cupolives; sliced |
| 1/4 cupbasil; fresh, torn |
| 1/2 cupbalsamic vinaigrette; fat-free |
The Anti-antipasto Salad Preparation
1. Cook pasta according to package. Drain.
2. Combine cooked pasta, artichokes, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Serve immediately.
