1/2 cupEXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 teaspoonJALAPENO PEPPER; CHOPPED
2.5 tablespoonsFRESH CILANTRO
1 tablespoonFRESH BASIL; CHOPPED
1 tablespoonPARSLEY; CHOPPED
1/4 cupsSCALLIONS; SLICED
1 canBAMBOO SHOOTS; CHOPPED
2.5 tablespoonsFRESH GINGER; GRATED

PREPARE THE SEAFOOD, BEING CERTAIN TO WASH WELL. IN A MEDIUM BOWl, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL, AND SEASON TO YOUR TASTE. MARINATE FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS IN THE REFRIGERATOR, TOSSING OCCASIONALLY TO MIX. ENJOY!
