Ready in 2 hours

SUMMER-BOATING-CATCH OF THE DAY CELEBRATION. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BOAT, RUN TO YOUR NEAREST FISH MARKET. YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS. IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS. WE LOVE SIMPLE, GOOD FOOD, AND THIS IS REMARKABLE. SERVE WITH A BOTTLE OF CHILLED BUBBLY PROCECCO.

"Yes, it was remarkably great! We loved it and will make it regularly. One of the best ceviche recipes we've tried. Used slipper lobster and it worked great. So fresh and tasty!"
