MIDNITE SANDWICH

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Roasts

FOR THE YOUNGER GENERATION, "GETTING THE MUNCHIES' IS A NORMAL EXPERIENCE AT MIDNITE. (FOR ME ITS NOW ALKA-SELZER.)

THIS SIMPLE SANDWHICH WAS MY HUSBAND'S FAVORITE MEMORY WHEN HE WAS A 'TEEN'. HIS MOTHER MADE THIS FOR HIM. (I GUESS I AM A BAD MOM, BUT I TELL THEM TO MAKE IT THEMSELVES.) OR I PRE MAKE THEM ON THE WEEKEND WHEN WE ARE AT THE BEACH, AND REHEAT THEM WHEN WE ARE ON THE BOAT FISHING.

Yield: 4 Ready in 20 minutes

Cuisine: LATINMain Ingredient: ROAST PORK
