White spicy Chili
"This was awesome! My 2 & 4-year-olds it was too hot, but my 6 and 8 year old LOVED it. I'm serious...so much flavor!!! I double the recipe because I had guests over, but the only thing I didn't double was the jalapinos, one can was perfect :)
Was actually a fast meal to put together because it didn't take brewing in the pot for a long time :)
Definately a keeper on our regular meal circuit!"

Jackiechan042003 2 weeks agoVery flavorful. Tasted like a Mexican soup which I definitely liked! I had cut cayenne in half but still found it a smidge to spicy that I couldn't finish my bowl. I served wheat flour tortillas on the side to help cool down the spices from the soup. Very good, will make again with some tweaking
TarynL77 1 month agoThis recipe is very flavorful, and perfect if you're on a budget and need to stretch a meal out over a few days. Personally, I would add a few more cans of beans, and cut the cayenne pepper way back to half tsp (for the little tykes)

Ilimab 1 year agoI liked it. I should have read the comments before I made it though. Not kid friendly.
Mfickett 1 year agoOverall I felt this recipe was very tasty. Although I made a few small adjustments. I used two cans of White Northern beans and one can of white lima beans. I also topped each bowl with srhiracha chili sauce, sour cream, cheese and chives.

Johnnyjackflach 2 years agoGreat recipe and I use left over turkey in my crock pot, had to keep it on high for 5 hours to soften beans. Should have pre-soak bean. Will be on my winter cooking list.
frogginhappy 2 years agothis is amazing! i did leave out the cream and added the sour cream to each bowl. My whole family like it.
Coolbluenebulae 2 years agoGood recipe. Needs some definite tweaking. I cut all spices in half and felt it was plenty flavorful. Next time I will double the whole recipe but use spices for only 1 batch. Will defintely make again.
pat1964 2 years agoI MADE THIS CHILLI FOR A CHILLI CONTEST WE HAD AT CHURCH AND TOOK THIRD PLACE OUT OF 36 ENTRIES. MY PASTORS DAUGHTER WHO HAS CEREBRAL PALSEY BEGS ME TO MAKE THIS FOR HER EVERY TIME SHE GOES IN THE HOSPITAL. THIS RECIPE IS A GREAT WINTER WARMER UPPER AND FREEZES VERY WELL. THANK YOU
Relentless1982 2 years agoPretty tasty and very easy! I would say it would be too spicy for most people to enjoy though. And I even took out half the cayenne pepper. I did have to thicken the chili but the flavor was good.
horikor 2 years agoAwesome chili although a bit spicy. I used fat-free sour cream and fat free half and half to cut the fat down and it turned out wonderful! The next time I think I will cut the cayenne and back pepper in half.
KScag 2 years agoThis chili is delicious. Instead of canned chilis I used half of a fresh jalapeno. I also used 2tsp of ground coriander for more flavor. It's an incredible chili and definently worth making often. :)
pat1964 2 years agoI made this for my family tonight, made it same as recipe xalled excepy left out the cayenne pepper and it was perfect. Even my 22 month old son ate a big bowl of it. Leaving out the cayenne pepper gave it just a small bite which was perfect.
ggilman59 3 years agoSpicy, but good! I added a can of Ro-Tel and the juice of one lime.
