Instructions
Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals (or mediumhigh heat). steaks uncovered 8-10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness,turning once Reduce .heat to low.
Remove steaks from grill and slicecrosswise into thin slices
Arrange the roasted red peppers, sirloin slices,olives and feta cheese on top of the prepared pizza crust. Sprinkle with salt,pepper and olive oil. Place on the grill, close lid and cook 4-5 minutes untilcheese is softened.
Using a long spatula, or two smaller ones, remove pizzafrom grill and sprinkle with oregano leaves. Cut into slices and serve.
