Original recipe makes 5
1 largeRed Onion
3 mediumCarrots
2 mediumPotatos
9 ozTofu; Extra Firm
1 mediumTomato
1/4 cupFlour
4 cupsVegetable Broth
2 HP Sauce
2 clovesGarlic
Bay Leaf
1 tspPaprika
Fresh Sage; to taste
Fresh Parsley; to taste
Ground Pepper; to taste
Kosher Salt; to taste

Vegetarian Stew Preparation

Cube or chop coarsely all vegetables and tofu. Add them to the crock pot. Add all seasonings to crock pot. Pour vegetable broth/stock into pot. Cook on Low or medium 2-5 hours, till all ingredients are cooked through, depending on taste.

Quite possibly the nastiest thing I have ever put in my mouth. I don't know if it was the tofu that made it taste horrible, but it was inedible. I feel really bad but I will be throwing the entire pot of this out. I can't even figure out a way to save it. Yuck.
