| 1 canGreen Ortega Chili; chopped |
| 1 canLas Palmas Enchilada Sauce |
| 1 Chicken Breasts |
| 1 dozenCorn tortillas; (up to 2 dozen) |
| longhorn cheese |
| 1 canolives; pitted |
Enchilada Cassarole Preparation
Boil chicken and shred. Cut tortillas into strips. Grate cheese and slice olives. Line Cassarole dish with butter. In a bowl mix: soup, milk green chili olives, Las Palmas. Layer dish: tortilla strips, chicken, liquid mixture, cheese, tortilla, chicken, etc.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hr or until you see it bubbling over
