Great dish for Thanksgiving! Uses canned sweet potatoes and has a crunchy topping!
Mash potatoes. Mix in sugar, melted margarine, cinnamon, milk and nutmeg. Separate eggs. Beat whites until fluffy. Beat yellows until smooth. Fold both into the potato mixture.
Mix Rice Krispies, brown sugar, nuts, and margarine. Put on top of potato mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes with topping.
