Chocolate cake made with Coca-Cola
Mix together sugar, flour, and baking soda. Bring to boil in a saucepan 2 sticks of margarine and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Pour over dry mixture and stir until well mixed. Mix in 1 cup of Coke and 1 cup buttermilk. Add vanilla and well beaten eggs. Pour into a large rectangular Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean from center).
Frosting:
Melt margarine and cocoa. pour over powdered sugar. Add enough Coke (very little at a time) to make the right consistency for frosting.
