I'm not proud; I can post this completely unhealthy, unsophisticated casserole. There's not a lot of "stick to your ribs" vegetarian recipes out there, but this is one my two teenage vegetarian sons just devour.

Preheat oven to 400.
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl. I use a lot of the garlic, curry and cayenne - about a tablespoon of garlic, and about half a tablespoon each of the curry and cayenne. You'll have to taste the sauce and see how much of the spices you like.
In a greased casserole dish, layer pasta on the bottom, then 4 cups of the cheese, then the broccoli, the sauce, and finally sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

bankshot009 4 years agoI found that 1/2 Tablespoon of Ground Cayenne is way too much heat for this reicipe., I didsense there was a good underlying taste minus the intense heat, and would consider making this again with maybe 1/4 of the Cayenne pepper.
