Good slow cooker meal for a potluck.
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours or HIGH 4-5 hours. Remove chuck roast and shred meat with a fork. Place shredded meat back in slow cooker. Stir meat to coat evenly with sauce.
Serve on buns with cheese slices.
