Crunchy and moorish. Can be sticky but truly irresistible . Perfect treat to take off the hungry feeling between meals. Good source of fiber depending on which porridge oats used.
Need a good set of teeth for these- a firm favorite of mine when visiting my Uncle Victor and Aunty Joyce.

Frampton 5 years agoIt is trial and error with this depending on how soft or hard you like flab jack. For me, it was easier when slightly undercooked and was delightfully chewy. [I posted this recipe.]
