Spring Rolls Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl except oil and wrappers.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Spoon atleast 1 tbsp of the mixture on one end of each wrapper and roll tightly like a cigarette.
Seal ends of wrappers with water.
Deep fry till brown on both sides and drain spring rolls using a paper towel.
Serve with steam rice, sweet and sour sauce.
