Original recipe makes 6
olive oil
3 Chicken breasts
1 onion; chopped
2 4-oz canschopped green chili's; drained
3 15-oz cansBush's Great White Northern Beans
2 teaspoonsGarlic; minced
2 tspsGround cumin
1 teaspoonOregano
1 teaspoonCilantro
1/2 teaspoonGround red pepper
Monterey jack cheese; grated
1/4 cupSour cream
Green onion; chopped

Southwest White Chili Preparation

Brush olive oil on chicken - bake 350 degrees 45 minuted to an hour. Brown chopped onion in 1 tbsp olive oil in a stock pot. Put all other ingredients into pot and simmer 10 minutes. Add baked chicken and simmer another 15 to 20 minutes.

Garnish with Montery Jack Cheese, green onion and sour cream.
