Fast, easy and good.

Very easy to make and so yummy!!!

I have a family of 9 and this is a favorite meal for all of them. We make this recipe a few times a month.

Nice lunch

Wasn't great but wasn't horrible.

Family loves this recipe. So much that when we went to an authentic chinese restaurant in China Town the kids said they preferred mine! I use frozen peas and carrots and fresh chicken breast as we never seem to have any leftovers. I do use more soy sauce than called for. I just keeping pouring it in until it's covered. I think the oil is one of the key ingredients in this recipe. I've used both peanut and sesame oil but we prefer the sesame oil.
