Family loves this recipe. So much that when we went to an authentic chinese restaurant in China Town the kids said they preferred mine! I use frozen peas and carrots and fresh chicken breast as we never seem to have any leftovers. I do use more soy sauce than called for. I just keeping pouring it in until it's covered. I think the oil is one of the key ingredients in this recipe. I've used both peanut and sesame oil but we prefer the sesame oil.

Pretty darn good. I doubled recipe added chives frozen peas carrots. Used quite a bit more olive oil to keep moist Seasoned salt pepper. Yum!

Great base for chicken fried rice! I added celery, carrots, crushed red pepper, and extra garlic. Next time I think I will add one more egg, more chicken, and maybe a sprinkle of salt. Will be my new go to for fried rice in the future!

Very tasty - the only change I made was to add some of my own sauces that I enjoy to kick up the flavor :)

We loved this recipe....quick, easy and very tasty. Could easily add veg, bean sprouts or make it with beef. Very versatile ??

Great base for a fried rice meal. I made this per the recipe and was very quick and easy. It would be easy to add extra veges such as carrots or bean sprouts. My only negative comment is that it was a little dry but that may have been down to my rice as I used a mix of leftover white and brown rice. I can see this will be our go to meal when we feel like takeaways.
