ppppaula , 8 months agoGreat base for a fried rice meal. I made this per the recipe and was very quick and easy. It would be easy to add extra veges such as carrots or bean sprouts. My only negative comment is that it was a little dry but that may have been down to my rice as I used a mix of leftover white and brown rice. I can see this will be our go to meal when we feel like takeaways.

RoseJShields , 1 years agoYummy! I added salt & pepper, didnt use ginger. I cooked it in a satuee pan and then put a top over it let it cook for 5 minutes! Delicious

linsaymckeown , 1 years agoGood recipe, timings aren't accurate tho, I left rice frying in pan until slightly crispy, took approx 20mins to get the right texture.
