| 2 ClovesGarlic; minced |
| 1 packageOnion Soup Mix |
| 2 teaspoonsFresh Oregano; chopped |
| 2 teaspoonsFresh Thyme; chopped |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 teaspoonFresh Ground Pepper |
| 2 lbsChuck Roast; (trim fat) |
| 1 canChopped Tomatoes; (drain) |
| 1 medOnion; (chopped) |
| 2 largeCarrots; Chopped |
| 1 largeCelery Stalk; sliced |
| 2 Bay Leaves |
| 1 medPotato; Chopped |
Crock Pot Italian Roast Preparation
In small mixing bowl combine Tomato Paste, Garlic, Soup Mix, Oregano, Thyme, Salt & Pepper. Rub mixture on Roast. Place Roast in Crock Pot. Add remaning ingrediants as well as leftover Tomato Sauce/Paste. Cover and Cook 8-10 hours on Low or 4-5 hours on High.
