| 1 1/2 cupsspicy sausage |
| 2 mediumpotatoes; cut in half lengthwise and cut into 1/4 inch slices |
| 3/4 cupOnions; diced |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |

| 2 cupskale leaves; cut in half, then sliced |
| 2 tablespoonschicken base |
| 1 quartWater |
| 1/3 cupRice milk |

Olive Gardens Zuppa Tuscana Preparation
1. If sausage is in links, take out of wrapper (or slice).
2. Cook ground sausage, until done. Cook onion over medium heat,
3. Add garlic to the onion, and cook 1 minute.
4. Add chicken base, water, salt, pepper and potatoes; simmer 15 minutes.
. Add sausage, kale and milk and butter.
. Simmer 4 minutes, then serve.
