A very good soup. I ended up using frozen spinich instead of kale and it was still good and very easy to make.

Reply to sport1 about the rice milk. Sorry it took me so long to reply. Rice Milk can be purchased at most health food stores, but any milk substitute - soy, almond, etc. should work. I have even used Silk soy creamer. I'm sure the restaurant probably uses cream or half and half, so it isn't quite as thick, but still tastes good.

What is Rice milk and where can you buy it. have lactose intolerant people to cook for so curious if this would be a good substitute for the (heavy) cream in other recipes.
