| 8 oz.pretzels; crushed |
| 1/2 cupmelted butter |
| 1/2 Sugar |
| first layer: |
| 8 oz.cream cheese |
| 9 oz.cool whip |
| 1/2 cupSugar |
| second layer: |
| 2 3-oz packagesstrawberry jello |
| 2 cupswater; boiling |
| 20 oz.frozen strawberries (in syrup) |
Strawberry Pretzel Salad Preparation
Mix the crust ingredients and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool to room temperature.
Mix together the cream cheese, cool whip and sugar. Spread on cool crust and chill for 20 minutes.
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries. Stir until thick and then spread on top.
Place in refrigerator to cool until set.
