4 cupsRaisin Bran
5 cupsflour; unsifted
3 cupsSugar
5 tspbaking soda
2 tspSalt
1 quartbuttermilk
1 cupVegetable oil
4 Eggs

Raisin Bran Muffins Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

If you choose to refrigerate the dough do not stir - just spoon dough into muffin tins when you are ready to use.
