Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Poultry - Chicken

This chicken pot pie is an easy, tasty dish.

"Liked it for a cozy meal when there is not much in the cupboards and not wanting to go to the store. A frozen bag of Costco chicken helped ( put in 2 chic breasts). I subbed cream of celery bc it was on hand but I think the cream of chicken would be better. I think it could handle 2 cans instead. I did double the topping but I think it soaked up all the juice so I would stick with that but do more soup because I just love the doughiness : ) Next time, won't do vegies with lentel beans in it, as it was not a fav in the house, but it was a good thing to make and will do it again. My husband LOVES this and it's without butter or oil?! It's even a healthier way to eat something yummy! I don't add anything. Some spices would make it yummy too but he likes it so I don't even bother. Easy to make after work for him :) thanks for the great recipe!

Easy, quick and tasty. Betty Crocker/Bisquick website adds an egg to the topping ingredients and that's how I prepare it. I also double the topping ingredients and make it in a 9x13 pan.

Gotta love this kind of recipe, its good quick and tastes great. I used to have this recipe cut from a can of soup but lost it. Nice to find it here again.

This recipe is fantastic. Easy, inexpensive and VERY good!! I published a pellet grill cookbook recently and used smoked chicken I made instead of roasted/boasted or baked chicken. Nothing short of spectacular!! Spectacular!!
