Ready in 45 minutes
This chicken pot pie is an easy, tasty dish.
"Liked it for a cozy meal when there is not much in the cupboards and not wanting to go to the store. A frozen bag of Costco chicken helped ( put in 2 chic breasts). I subbed cream of celery bc it was on hand but I think the cream of chicken would be better. I think it could handle 2 cans instead. I did double the topping but I think it soaked up all the juice so I would stick with that but do more soup because I just love the doughiness : ) Next time, won't do vegies with lentel beans in it, as it was not a fav in the house, but it was a good thing to make and will do it again. sjtyler_2003 1 month agoIt was good. I'm not much of a cook and it was easy to make. I put 2 cans of cream of chicken but would put even more next time. I would also add more salt and pepper.

dgmacintyre 2 months agoMy 12 year old daughter made this tonight. It was very good & easy. Next time though we will add more cream of chicken soup so its not so doughy. Great recipe, especially for beginners.

tallandmocha 2 months agoIndescribably delicious. I used a large can of cream of chicken soup, added hash browns and onions along with sour cream and seasonings. Also added shredded cheese to the crust. Definitely will make over and over again.
sylviia79 3 months agoTo the australian who never heard of bisquick, i make my own using two cups flour, 4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt,, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 powdered milk, and 1/2 cup shortening. If you double or triple this 'master mix' , it will keep one month in an airtight container in the refrigerator or can be frozen. Great for pancakes also.

MaritzaFM 3 months agoThis is so easy! Always avoided it thinking it was super hard but once I found this recipe I can't wait for winter to get here I think that's the best time to have it. Really good only problem was I might put more chicken soup next time. Still a great recipe especially for beginners.
