Combine flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, oregano and dry mustard, stirring well. Dip chicken in milk, and dredge in flour mixture.
Heat 1 inch oil in a large skillet to 325; add chicken and fry 5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
