Ingredients

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese; grated
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
4 chicken breast halves; skinned, boned and cut into
1/4 cup milk
Vegetable oil

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

Combine flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, oregano and dry mustard, stirring well. Dip chicken in milk, and dredge in flour mixture.

Heat 1 inch oil in a large skillet to 325; add chicken and fry 5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.

My wife likeed them better than McDonald's. But I found the cheese to burn a little. Maybe my heat was too high? I will still make them again.
