2/3 packageBroad Noodles; (5 cups)
1 smallonion; chopped fine
1/4 cupmargarine
1/4 cupFlour
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tsppepper
1 cupchicken broth
1 cup1/2 and 1/2 cream
2 cupschicken
1/2 cupparmesan cheese; (divided)

Chicken Tetrazzini Preparation

Prepare noodles according to package

Saute onion in margarine, blend in flour slat and pepper

Gradually add broth and milk

Cook stir until thickened and smooth

Add chicken and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

Combine sauce mixture with noodles

Pour into a medium size casserole dish

Sprinkle with remaining cheese

Back at 350F for 30 min
