Best Buffalo Chicken Dip Ever

Recipes »  Appetizers  »  Dips and Spreads

This is my favorite recipe for the football and holiday seasons! It is always the most popular dip at the party! This recipe is quick and easy but delicious. It is also different than the other recipes out there because it has bleu cheese dressing and crumbles in it, so it tastes like authentic chicken wings.

"I did this a little lower fat with Neufchâtel instead of cream cheese and used the Bolthouse Farms Salsa Ranch in place of the blue cheese. I did put a Mexican cheese blend on top for the last 10 minutes and did leave it in the oven a little longer to help the cheese melt. Had with celery sticks and tortilla chips. Will take some for lunch tomorrow at work" - tm4girl

After reading reviews I used 1/2 cup ranch dressing and 1/2cup bleu cheese. So that it wasn't pungent. Turned out good! Also i used shredded mexican cheese because thats all I had. My only concern is it was a little too salty. Will rinse canned chicken or use whole chicken next time.

Easy to make. However the blue cheese with blue cheese dressing and cream cheese made the dip very sour for me .

This is one of my favorites. Made it yesterday with ff cream cheese, and low fat blue cheese and blue cheese dressing....and it tasted the same!

I would get a broiled chicken next time and shred it.

Usually love blue cheese, but it's a bit strong in this dip. Will probably leave the crumbles out next time

Excellent recipe. Would prefer shredded chicken compared to chunked. Easier for dipping. We use Ritz, wheat thins and celery for scoops

Very good. After cooking 20 minutes I stirred and covered the top with shredded cheddar cheese and broiled on hi or 5 minutes. Makes the dish look very professional. Going to cook my own chicken next time also.

Pretty good, I only used 3/4 cup of hot sauce and the blue cheese crumble. My baking dish was very deep so I baked for 35 mins.

I substituted ranch dressing and mozzarella cheese for blue cheese because my hubby doesn't like blue cheese. Still tasted good. Also found it easy to toss into glass dish and microwave--was in a pinch for time before a party.

So good! Leftovers (if there are any!!!) are so good inside of jumbo stuffed shells! Boil shells accd to pkg then drain. Stuff with 1-2 T. Mixture. Put in 9x13 pan and generously top w mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until cheese is beginning to brown on edges.

Yummy but next time I would add less buffalo sauce - it was a bit too much. Will make again
