Banana Split Cake
Original recipe makes 12
| 1 stickButter; melted |
| 2 cupsGraham crackers |
| 2 1/2 cupsPowdered sugar |
| 3 Eggs |
| 2 sticksButter |
| 4 Bananas; sliced |
| 2 cansCrushed pineapple; drained |
| 1 pintStrawberries; sliced |
| 1 containerCool whip |
Banana Split Cake Preparation
Melt 1 stick butter and mix with graham crackers. Press into 9x13 pan.
Beat powdered sugar, eggs, 2 sticks butter for 15 minutes. Pour over crust.
Slice bananas lengthwise and lay over filling.
Place drained pineapple over bananas.
Top with strawberries.
Spread cool whip over all.
Decorate with cherries and nuts if desired.
