Ingredients

| 3/4 cupwhite sugar | |
| 1 tspCornstarch | |
| 1/4 tspSalt | |
| 1/4 cupmelted butter | |
| 1 tbsplemon juice | |
| 1 tspvanilla | |
| 1 1/2 cupsdesiccated coconut | |
| 1/2 cupraspberry jam |
Fern Tarts Preparation
In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients together except jam.
In each tart shell put small amount of jam and the mixture on top of the jam
Bake at 350F for 20min
Eat when cool
