|4 poundBeef roast|
|2 teaspoonPowder garlic|
|1 teaspoonCelery salt|
|1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper|
|1 teaspoonChili powder|
|1 tablespoonBacon bits|
|1 largeApple; peeled, cored and cut into 8 ths|
|1 1/2 cupsBeef broth|
|2 tablespoonWheat flour|
Slow Cooker Roast Beef Dinner Preparation
Put beef broth, mushrooms and wheat flour into a small sauce pan and heat, stir frequently until gravy thickens. Pour gravy into slow cooke rand set on high for 8 hrs.
Peel potatoes, onions, and carrots, quarter and place in slow cooker. Quarter celery and place in slow cooker along with apple peices, add salt and pepper for taste.
On a large plate sprinkle garlic, celery salt, pepper, chili powder and bacon bits.
Next roll the roast on the plate to evenly coat all serfaces, pound spices into the roast.
Gently place roast into slow cooker. The roast should be on top of the vegetables, cover slow cooker and sit back and watch the football game.
When the timer expires put all the food on a large platter,slice the roast and serve this tasty meal...
