4 point Cheesecake

| 3 lowfat honey graham crackers |
| 12 ozfat free cream cheese; softened (1 1/2 8 oz packages) |
| 1 cup + 2 tablespoonssugar |
| 1/2 cupall purpose flour |
| 2 containersfat free yogurt; (8 oz each) (I like Weight Watcher |
| 4 egg whites |
| blackberries; optional |
4 point Cheesecake Preparation
Preheat oven to 350, line Springform pan with parchment
Finely crush graham crackers and add 2 tablespoons of sugar
Mix and sprinkle evenly on bottom of Springform pan
Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar and flour until smooth
Add yogurt and egg whites, mix until smooth
SLOWLY pour batter into prepared pan
Bake 50 minutes or until center is almost set
Loosen cake rim from pan immediately after removing from oven
Cool completely, refridgerate 3 hours or overnight
Top with blackberries if desired
