Cheesy pototaoes with peppers & onions.
Mix soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese & green onions then add potatoes.
Place potato mixture in 13x9 greased baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan & bread crumbs then melted butter.
Bake 350F for 60 minutes.
Can add bacon.
