Original recipe makes 6
1 tablespoonSoy sauce
2 tablespoonsVegetable oil
1 tablespoonworcestershire
1 teaspoonlemon juice
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
2 tablespoonsketchup
6 pork chops; trimmed

Marinated Baked Pork Chops Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, & ketchup.

Place pork chops in a medium baking dish & spread 1/2 the sauce over them.

Bake 30 minutes. Turn and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking 30 minutes.

    Fine but a little ketchupy. Maybe a little less cook time as well. Easy to make though.

    I did not cook the full time and it was still dry. Reduce cooking time even if you have thick chops
