Preheat oven to 350F.
In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, & ketchup.
Place pork chops in a medium baking dish & spread 1/2 the sauce over them.
Bake 30 minutes. Turn and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking 30 minutes.

desireehunter93 9 months agoMy husband likes spicy so I added some crushed red peppers and a little big of Louisiana hot sauce. It turned out great. I did 20 minutes each side as well.

amybusby 1 year agoI did not cook the full time and it was still dry. Reduce cooking time even if you have thick chops
Damondirksen 1 year agoI thought that the sauce was very good. The pork chops came out over cooked though. Next time, I will reduce cooking time.
Rhodecooker 1 year agoI didn't cook for quite as long as stated. I substituted lime juice for lemon because it was all I had. Tasted great and the family loved it.
