Absolutely delicious easy to make wings.

"I'm made this on 19 Dec 2013 and my daughter and husband enjoyed it very much. I did use sesame oil instead of vegetable and I didn't have garlic on hand so I used the powder. I had enough sauce/juices left over from cooking the chicken to pour over rice. I used a cookie sheet lined with foil. Next time I'll use a Pyrex. "

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings; disjointed
1 Black pepper
1 cup Honey
1/2 cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 clove garlic; crushed

Original recipe makes 24 Servings

Preparation

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season chicken liberally with pepper. Place wings in large baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, oil, ketchup and garlic until well blended. (you can microwave for 1 minute to make mixing easier) Pour over chicken. Bake 45 minutes and baste occasionally. Chicken is done when wings are well browned and sauce is bubbly.

Notes

The ingredients make a bbq sauce..no need to add bbq sauce.

I tried this and WOW love it. I brined them first. And then I grilled mine and then backed in sauce to finish.

Kids loved it!!! I made this for a dinner party i hosted. I did it mainly for all the kids but the grown ups ended up stealing some too. I used drum sticks instead. Def. Make it again.
