I'm made this on 19 Dec 2013 and my daughter and husband enjoyed it very much. I did use sesame oil instead of vegetable and I didn't have garlic on hand so I used the powder. I had enough sauce/juices left over from cooking the chicken to pour over rice. I used a cookie sheet lined with foil. Next time I'll use a Pyrex.
Very good! I used two trays of chicken thighs which I cut into bite sized pieces. I served it over sticky rice. I'll definitely make this again! Next time I may add 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes and a bit of corn starch at the end of baking to thicken the sauce.
