Top-ranked recipe named "Chicken Curry"
Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat.
Add your chicken until the ‘pinkness’ is gone
Now add the tomatoes, broth, wine (water) and curry powder
Bring it all to the boil, then reduce heat.
Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes (the mixture will reduce in size)
Now add your cream and simmer for a further 5 minutes. This thickens up the sauce

Lomel 1 month agoWill try again. My husband loved it. I served it over quinoa and we both added extra curry, salt and pepper to taste.

STbre 2 months agoGreat, but you need to season meat while browning, it brings out flavor. I added tomatoes with green chilies for extra spice.
julesqkennedy 2 months agoI added yogurt instead of cream, raisins, some cloves, and twice the recommended wine to get a taste I really like.
kraev 2 months agoSo very good and easy! I added 3 tsp. of chili powder for a little extra pow (:
larissasplitstone 3 months agoIt was very easy to make. I also had to double the recipe so I used a bit more chicken broth and a tblsp of flour to thicken it. It was so good that even my pickiest eater ate it without complaints! I will certainly be making this one again.

Baileyboo1550 3 months agoIt is a good base recipe, I decided to add rotel instead of regular diced tomatoes also add a cup and a half of frozen mixed vegtables. I skipped the white wine and used water. Did not have heavy cream so I substituted with a quick sauce using butter flour and milk (in separate small pot melt tbs of butter add tbs of flour make a paste cook 2min stir constantly to get rid of the raw flour taste whisk in a cup of milk) to thicken up the sauce a little more as suggested I doubled the amount of 'heavy cream' also added a dash of cayenne to sauce. To season chicken I used little turmeric curry salt and pepper. After making these adjustments it was delicious would make it again but I still refer my curry made with coconut milk.
Vloorshad 3 months agoA little mild for my taste, but an excellent springboard to spice up to your tastes. The simplicity is the biggest seeking point for me. For my first trial the only thing I added was some rice to put it over.
nik_feliciani 5 months agoThis was good but not super yum yums. I doubled it and it seemed like too much liquid even after simmering and adding cream. I added 1tsp each of paprika and onion powder to add more flavor. Def needed salt and pepper. Served over jasmine rice.
