Original recipe makes 6
5 lbsred potatoes; cut into chunks
1 Tgarlic; minced
3 cubeschicken boulien
8 ozsour cream
8 ozcream cheese
1/2 cupButter
salt and pepper

Slow cooker mashed potatoes Preparation

Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes with garlic and boulion cubes

Drain - reserve water

Mash with sour cream and cream cheese

Adding water as needed

Put in crock pot, cover, cook on low for 2 hours

Before serving add butter and salt and pepper to season.
