| 5 lbsred potatoes; cut into chunks |
| 1 Tgarlic; minced |
| 3 cubeschicken boulien |
| 8 ozsour cream |
| 8 ozcream cheese |
| 1/2 cupButter |
| salt and pepper |
Slow cooker mashed potatoes Preparation
Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes with garlic and boulion cubes
Drain - reserve water
Mash with sour cream and cream cheese
Adding water as needed
Put in crock pot, cover, cook on low for 2 hours
Before serving add butter and salt and pepper to season.
