"This was excellent! I will make this many times more. I did bake mine at 400 for about 25/30 minutes. I was making this for myself and my almost one year old so I used black pepper instead of the cayenne and I didn't have at capers but I can imagine would be great. " - Jene20

excellent! Keep out the salt however! The capers are salty enough. Enjoy!

Great tasting recipe, easy to prepare. I adapted to my cast iron flat skillet rubbed with EVOO over med-low flame. Placed fish on skillet then covered in sauce. Grill on one side for 10-12min, flip and grill for 2-3 min.

Excellent flavor and so easy to make.
Only change I made was to make more of the sauce to serve over the fish.
    My family love it!

I have made this recipe many times and it always impresses. My mother-in-law always requests that I make it when I'm in town. I tend to double the sauce in relation to the salmon as I like to have extra.
