I've never grilled salmon, it took a lot longer than the recipe states and salmon ended up kinda crunchy on the outside but that was one of my favorite parts! 1. In a small saute pan, combine lemon juice, olive oil, butter, mustard, garlic, pepper, salt, basil, dill, and capers.
2. While stirring, bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Place Salmon filet on heavy duty foil to make a pan.
4. Pour sauce evenly over fish.
5. Place fish on a grill and BBQ for 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness. The fish should be flaky and light pink in color.

Garcia09 2 months agoBaked in foil at 450 degrees for 15 min. Added 1/4 c white wine to sauce. Served with various roasted veg and added extra sauce over everything. Yum.

crwalke2 3 months agoIt is a little too cold for grilling so I followed the instructions of one of the other reviewers and used a cast iron skillet. Wonderful!!! Will definitely be making this again!!!
stephaniesilvestro5 5 months agoVery very tasty and simple to make. My Boyfriend LOVED IT. I broiled the salmon with sauce though for 5 mins. Salmon was cooked perfectly will be making again soon

haasta 1 year agoGreat tasting recipe, easy to prepare. I adapted to my cast iron flat skillet rubbed with EVOO over med-low flame. Placed fish on skillet then covered in sauce. Grill on one side for 10-12min, flip and grill for 2-3 min.
