Allison's "Biggest Loser Winner" Grilled Citrus Salmon

Ready in 30 minutes

by Allison Empey

"The flavor came out well, I tweaked it a bit. Didn't have capers but I added white wine and parsley, lessened the Dijon mustard out of personal preference. I've never grilled salmon, it took a lot longer than the recipe states and salmon ended up kinda crunchy on the outside but that was one of my favorite parts! Served with brown rice."

Absolutely delicious. I might try it without the butter next time though.

Baked in foil at 450 degrees for 15 min. Added 1/4 c white wine to sauce. Served with various roasted veg and added extra sauce over everything. Yum.

It is a little too cold for grilling so I followed the instructions of one of the other reviewers and used a cast iron skillet. Wonderful!!! Will definitely be making this again!!!
